There are many ways to reach inTwente. You can contact us even if you don't speak Dutch. On this page you will find our contact information.
Our app is available in English
Our app is the easiest way to arrange everything related to your health insurance with inTwente. Around 95% of the app is available in English. After logging in you have direct access to:
- your insurance
- your healthcare costs and reimbursements
- the status of the insurance excess
- paid and outstanding invoices
- digital mail
- your personal insurance card and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
The app also makes it easy for you to:
- claim healthcare costs by taking a photo of the invoice or uploading the digital invoice
- pay outstanding invoices using iDEAL
- change your insurance or personal details
The Mijn inTwente-app is available for iOS and Android.
Please note
The app is available in English. Our website, brochures and the Mijn inTwente-website will remain only in Dutch.
Contact us
Our employees at Customer Service speak English. Keep your insurance number to hand when contacting us. If you want to be insured at inTwente, we also need your IBAN.
